Dr. Jaz Ragaza researches on alternative protein and lipid ingredients to fishmeal and fish oil in the diets of different cultured aquatic fish and shellfish in the Philippines. She is recognized for testing and using various raw materials, by-products, and wastes as alternative feed ingredients for enhanced growth and health of high-value aquatic species in the country.
